In this article, we cover how to add users to your app via bulk upload through your enCappture dashboard.
Have your contact list ready. It needs to be in Excel as follows:
- Create an Excel or CSV file and list – 3 columns: FIRST NAME - LAST NAME - EMAIL
- From inside your dashboard, go to the left-side menu and select "Contacts."
- Select the UPLOAD BULK option, which will guide you to locate your contact list on your computer. Locate and choose your Excel list from your computer.
- To upload the user and send the invite immediately, click "SEND APP INVITE."
- To upload users now, send the app invite later and choose "SAVE & SEND APP LATER."
- If you decide to SAVE & SEND APP INVITE LATER, you can easily select the user or users you wish to send the invite to from the dashboard. Additionally, you have the option to use the search function to locate specific users.
- Select the "Bulk Action" button and choose "Send App Invite."
