Adding Users via Bulk Upload

Have your contact list ready. It needs to be in Excel as follows:

• Create an Excel or CSV file and list – 3 columns: FIRST NAME - LAST NAME - EMAIL
• From inside your dashboard, go to the left side menu and select "Users"
• Click on the blue "Menu" button and from the dropdown choose "Upload CSV"
• Locate the file on your computer and click open to upload 

Once uploaded, you can add tags to all the users by simply choosing the tag you want to apply to all the users being uploaded. Remember, tags are KEY to seeing content on the app so, you will need to make sure to add at least one tag. 

To send App invites immediately, check the "Send Invite" box and click the green "Save" button. 

If you decide not to send app invitations during the bulk upload or when adding users individually, you can easily send them later. Select the option from the "Bulk Action" button located at the top left corner of the dashboard and choose "Send App Invite" when you are ready to send. 

• To add tags to the users you just bulk uploaded
• To upload users now, send the app invite later and choose "SAVE & SEND APP LATER." 
• If you decide to SAVE & SEND APP INVITE LATER, you can easily select the user or users you'd like to send the invite to from the dashboard. Additionally, you have the option to use the search function to locate specific users.
• Select the "Bulk Action" button and choose "Send App Invite."
