Creating and Managing Media Galleries

In this article, we walk you through creating and managing your Media Gallery, including who can view, post, and comment.

Creating a Media Gallery

• Inside the experience where you want to house the media gallery, choose “Build Menu & Add Content
• On the menu features tab, navigate to the “Build your Menu” and choose Media Gallery. 

• Name your Gallery and select a layout - you have two different styles available to choose from.

• Decide if you want users to be able to download media from the gallery.

• Decide if you want users to be able to upload media to the media gallery.

• Notifications of new posts are set as a default, but you can disable this by simply checking the “Disable Notifications” box.

Managing and monitoring content 

• Allowable Media Size and Type
  • Allowed formats: .mov, .mp4.
  • Max video size: 50MB.
• Managing media content in the media gallery can be done directly from the dashboard.

• The administrator has the ability to delete an image along with any comments made by users.

Flagged Content

• Access the “Add/View Media” tab, and locate the “Flagged content” button on the right side of the screen.
• Click on it to be directed to a separate screen displaying flagged content.
