# Welcome to the New Help Center

## Introducing the enCappture HomeCare Help Center for the New CMS 2 Dashboard

We’re excited to announce the launch of the enCappture HomeCare Help Center—your go-to resource for support, training, and best practices, available 24/7.

You can access the Help Center by logging into your enCappture dashboard and selecting

**Help Center** from the top menu.

- Training new team members
- Refreshing your knowledge of features and functions
- Rolling out the app to your caregivers

**What’s included:**

- Onboarding & User Management guides
- A dashboard walk-through and overview of experience modules
- Step-by-step guides for push notifications and pop-up messages
- How to use forms and surveys, including viewing responses
- Best practices and downloadable rollout resources, including a pre-launch announcement
- Searchable topics like tags, organized for easy navigation

We’ll be adding new articles as features expand. If there’s a topic you need help with and don’t see it covered, just email us at **team@encappture.com** and we’ll get that resource published!
