Your enCappture app already includes HIPAA-compliant forms to help you manage your needs easily. However, if you're looking for something a bit more advanced—like forms that allow for signatures and can be sent as PDFs via email—our premium forms are the perfect solution for you!

What does it cost, and how long does it take?

The setup is Simple! 

  1. Let your Mobile coach know you want to add premium forms to your account.
  2. You will be sent a link to pay the setup fee, and the monthly $25 will be added to your subscription. 
  3. You will provide a copy of the forms you wish to have digitized, along with the email addresses of the recipients who should receive the responses for each form.
  4. Once the forms are done, your Mobile Coach will send for your review 
  5. You will be given a link to schedule an appointment to create your integration with your company drive. 
    Please remember to have your username and password for the designated drive ready for your appointment, as this will be necessary for the setup process.
  6. Confirm with your Mobile Coach where you want each form to be in the app, and you are ready!

🎯Please note that the integration setup with your Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox is a one-time process.

🎯To ensure your security, you will have the option to enter your password remotely during the setup process; rest assured that this password will not be stored on our servers.

🎯Once the connection is established, all completed forms will be automatically directed to the specific drives, folders, and subfolders that you designate.
