-
- Offer meaningful daily prizes ($25 or $50 gift cards)

🏆Sample 5 Days🏆
DAY 1- Fill in a form or survey - “How was your day?”
DAY 2 - Post a comment on a board, like “Post your pet.”
DAY 3 - Find out where a resource document is. For example, “What section of the app is the employee handbook found under?”

DAY 5- Get Familiar with Training Resources. Use the trivia feature to add a simple question on one of the core skills they are trained in

- Send out information on other channels, such as “Wellsky EMR.”
- Join the five-day challenge. Check your app's “Join the Scavenger hunt” button to learn more!
- Send links to download the app—this is a great way to interest late adopters and an effective way to catch the stragglers.

3. Keep up the momentum.
- Make daily announcements of winners via POP-UP and send them via other communication systems.
- Remind folks each day that there is still time to play!
🏆OPTIONAL 2 Days🏆
DAY 6—Add a bonus day poll or trivia question and remind them about the grand prize!
DAY 7- Do the grand Prize draw and congratulate all the winners
How to Administer a Challenge and pick the winners
DAY 1- Fill in a form or survey - “How was your day?”
Go to your dashboard, review the filled-out forms for that specific day, and randomly select one. See the Help Article on how to do this HERE. You can predetermine how you pick the winner with something like the 4th form submitted for the day will be the winner.
DAY 2 - Post a comment on a board. It's the same process as the How was your day, but you can choose by looking at the comment board.
DAY 3 - Find out where a document is. We have found a simple internal form with questions and answers that works well. You can also make it multiple-choice, so they have to select one. You can go to the form results on your dashboard to pick a winner, such as “How was your day?” We have great help articles on Forms HERE
DAY 4 - Get familiar with the Hot Buttons. Same as Day 3 - use a form for this
DAY 5—Get Familiar with Training Resources—Review who got the answers right in the dashboard and choose a winner. We have a great help article HERE on Trivia.
How to Use Google Forms For a Bigger Challenge!
Some offices want to run more significant challenges, like "The 12 Days of Christmas,” and find that using Google Forms can keep the project more organized for the team.
- Create a challenge folder in your Google Drive
- Create a subfolder for each Day of the challenge
- You can use a Google Form for each day's Challenge. This way, you can have a simple link to the form in the app and add a lot more, like Pictures and videos, to the challenge.
- Have the responses to the challenge output in a Google sheet so it is dated, time-stamped, and easy to administrate who won what and when.
Your mobile coach would be happy to help you set up more complex challenges. Feel free to book an appointment to discuss them!
