      How a User Downloads Your App

      In this video, we show what it looks like to download your app from the invitation email.

      • Sending the Invitation: After adding your user to the dashboard, click on "SEND INVITE." This action triggers a system-generated email to be sent to the user, as demonstrated in the accompanying video.
      • Receiving the Email: The email provides users with step-by-step instructions on how to download the app. It includes links to download the app from the Google Play Store for Android devices and the Apple App Store for iOS devices.
      • Logging In: The email instructs the user to log in using the email address to which the invitation was sent as their username. It also includes a temporary password for the initial login.
      • Setting a New Password: Upon the first login, the user will be prompted to create a new password, replacing the temporary one provided in the email.
      By following these instructions, users can easily download and access your app, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
