How To Manage Your "How Was Your Day?" Survey Responses

In this article, we cover how to access and manage your "How was your day" survey responses.

Your Mobile Coach created a "How Was Your Day?" survey for you when they initially set up your app. This survey is a valuable tool for agencies to maintain a strong connection with caregivers, gain insight into their experiences, and proactively address any issues before they escalate.

A great way to introduce the "How Was Your Day?" survey to caregivers is by comparing it to the thoughtful question your loved ones ask when you come home. Just like your loved ones care about your day, we value your feedback at the agency. We may not always have the chance to connect with each caregiver individually every day, which is why we encourage you to share your thoughts with us through the survey.

How does it work?

  • Caregivers can go inside the app and find the survey:

  • Depending on your preferences, the survey can be customized to be a simple multiple-choice format or include a few questions. Keeping it short and concise will make it easier for caregivers to complete.
  • Encourage caregivers to participate in the survey daily. While mandating it is an option, we have found that making it optional and linking it to a prize of some kind yields the best results.

How to manage your “How was your day?” Survey 


Agency administrators have the ability to access the dashboard to review caregiver responses, segment them accordingly, and communicate with caregivers who may have provided less favorable feedback.



Navigate to the dashboard and locate the "Caregiver Connect" category on the left-hand menu. Within this category, you will find the survey titled "How was your day?"
  • Step 1: Select "Experiences" from the menu on the left-hand side.
  • Step 2: Go to the "Caregiver Connect" category
  • Step 3: Select  "How was your day.”

To adjust or change the notification settings for admin recipients upon survey completion, navigate to the "Responses" section within the "How was your day" feature. Enter the email addresses of the administrators you wish to receive notifications. 


    Review the Responses and Take action if needed.


    A key benefit of the survey is the ability to review all responses collectively or focus on those rated 1 or 2 for prompt action. This feature allows for efficient monitoring and addressing any concerns caregivers raise.
    • Step 1: Select "Experiences" from the menu on the left-hand side.
    • Step 2: Go to the "Caregiver Connect" category
    • Step 3: Select  "How was your day.” 
    • Step 4: Select the "Manage Experience Responses" text

    • Step 5: You can use the search bar to find your survey and "View Reports."

    • Step 6: You will be directed to the results screen, where you have the option to filter responses by date, question, and answer.

    From here, you can view individual responses.

    You also have the option to filter by the result and send an email or notification to one or all of those users.

    This feature is useful for sending a supportive message to multiple users, expressing empathy, and offering assistance: "We're sorry to hear you had a challenging day. How can we support you?"

    It is also helpful to analyze the overall statistics on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to assess the overall mood and feedback from your users.

    How to Adjust Your Survey Questions 

    Your Mobile Coach will set up the survey for you, but if you wish to add or adjust questions, follow these steps.
    • Step 1: Select "Experiences" from the menu on the left-hand side.
    • Step 2: Go to the "Caregiver Connect" category
    • Step 3: Select  "How was your day.” 
    • Step 4: Select the  Build Menu & Add Content tab 
    • Step 5: Select the "edit" text by the green on/off button under "Build your menu 
    • Step 6: Under the "Questions" tab, you can make adjustments
    • Step 7: Be sure to click on the green SAVE button when you have finished making changes.
