we understand that encouraging caregivers to adopt new technology can be challenging. That’s why we’re excited to share a strategy we’ve seen other agencies use to help increase app adoption rates among caregivers: incentivizing your administrative team!
1) Consider setting an adoption rate goal—such as 85% or 90%—and offering a bonus program for your schedulers, HR personnel, or the entire admin team when they achieve it. This not only motivates your team but also fosters a sense of ownership and collaboration toward a shared goal.
2) For a bit of friendly competition, you could introduce challenges between supervisors, rewarding those who reach the highest adoption rates.
We’ve seen that this approach can drive results and strengthen team spirit and engagement. Administrator buy-in can make a meaningful impact on caregiver app adoption.
