Surveys: How to Build Them and What They're Great For

In this article, we will cover how to build a survey and how to utilize it for crafting engaging questions and obtaining actionable insights.

Here are two methods for ensuring surveys are easily accessible within your app.

1) Direct Method: Users can conveniently access the survey with just one click on a dedicated tile or button that will take them directly to the survey.

2) Adding to Existing Experience Module:  Another effective method is integrating the survey into an existing "Experience Module" alongside documents and forms, providing users easy access through a dedicated tile leading to a resource list.

The survey feature offers the flexibility to include multiple questions, text answers, and multiple answers to a single question.
