This article will help you guide users on how to update their app when necessary
For IOS - Apple Devices
- When they open the app, they see this message: New Update is required -> click Update.
- This directs them to the App Store -> click Update
- Once the update is installed, it changes to Open -> click Open


🌟NOTE🌟 Some users will have automatic update settings turned on. They will also be automatically updated to the new approved version.
If you have users that are not automatically updated, they can also access two other ways:1. Go to the App Store to update:

- Click on their icon
- Click on "Purchased."
- Click on "My Purchases"
- Find the app and click "update."
2. Delete the App :

- Then, redownload it again
- This will automatically be the newest version

Determining the Current Version of the App
- Navigate to your user profile on the screen's top right-hand corner and click on it. A sidebar will appear on the right, showing the version you currently use at the screen's bottom right-hand side.
For Android Devices
Go to the Google Play Store search for the app, and click update.

From there, you can see all installed apps and look for apps that need an update.
If you are not sure what Android Version operating system you are using, go to the phone settings and choose "About this phone."
