User Forgot Their Password. How Do They Reset It?

This article will guide you on how app users can easily recover their password in case they have forgotten it.

Forgetting passwords is a common occurrence for everyone! That's why we've designed a simple and user-friendly self-service option for your users to reset their passwords.

  • To easily reset their passwords, users can simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the app's sign-in screen.
  • They will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with their account.
  • A password reset link will be sent to that email, allowing them to create a new password and log back into the app seamlessly.
