Two ways to start a message
With the Mobile Messaging in the app, your Users can start a conversation with your administrators in one of two ways
1) Through the "Contact Us" icon on the bottom menu
2) In the Messaging center
Contact Us
The contacts listed in your "Contact Us" section can be managed through the Dashboard under the "App Screens" option. To access this feature, please refer to the video provided below, which will guide you through the process. Keep in mind that this feature is optional and must be enabled by your Mobile Coach.
Using the Messaging Center
When you're setting up the Message Center Permissions, you have the flexibility to decide which users can send direct messages. To help you with this, we've included a helpful article on how to set those permissions. Here’s a quick overview of how we've organized them:
- **Caregivers:** Can only message the designated admin team set in permissions.
- **Admin Team:** Can message all caregivers as well as other admins.
You'll see in the following recording how a caregiver can easily start a message to the designated admin team within the app. This shows that caregivers can only reach out to the specific individuals chosen for them, rather than having access to all users of the app.
